CORPSER
Habitat: Jungle, swamp, forest Seeks Out: Wooded areas Diet: Carnivorous Size: Large Description: No man has ever beheld a living corpser in its entirety, for these fierce beasts dwell within the earth, moving through soil as easily as a fish through water or a bird through air. A corpser is a ravenous hunter which, when it perceives the steps of a large creature on the surface above, will thrust mighty tentacles up through the crust to sieze its prey, rend it apart and drag the pieces below to feed. Weapons do but little harm to corpsers, but they can be slain by fire. |
